5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Securing necessary permissions, approvals, or building regulations (unless otherwise agreed).

Ensuring the site is safe and accessible for our team to perform the work.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

GoHaych Services stands by the quality of its work.

All workmanship is covered by a 12-month service warranty unless stated otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment supplied by us.

The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel a scheduled service with at least 7 days’ written notice.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage or materials already purchased.

GoHaych Services reserves the right to cancel a project if conditions are unsafe, information is misrepresented, or payment terms are not met.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoHaych Services shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays, material defects, or third-party issues.

Any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Any issues resulting from services not performed directly by GoHaych Services.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service contract.
